The rooms are very nice and kind of spacious. The pool and the jacuzzis are great. In this time the pool was rented to a family with a birthday celebration. So, there were a lot of kids making noise. Not a deal breaker, but something to keep in mind. In general this a very nice hotel. Maybe the best in Ibagué. It's a little pricey so the spectations are high

The facilities are very good There are three restaurants on site so you get plenty of options . All the food we ordered was delicious. Breakfast buffet were varied and nice. Pool and Jacuzzi were good.

The manager of the hotel was astonished. Thank you Andrea. The Front desk people were very helpful. The Bell man Alway made us feel Welcome .

Rooms were very nice, and the bathrooms were very spacious. Pool was nice and the food was OK.

Beautiful well kept hotel with very comfortable room and amenities. Food and service from staff was excellent. The pool and jacuzzi was great addition to the stay.
