The rooms are very nice and kind of spacious. The pool and the jacuzzis are great. In this time the pool was rented to a family with a birthday celebration. So, there were a lot of kids making noise. Not a deal breaker, but something to keep in mind. In general this a very nice hotel. Maybe the best in Ibagué. It's a little pricey so the spectations are high

It is a very good hotel, perticular for Latin American Standards. (with all respect) We organized a seminar in the Hotel as well and everybody was very helpful with everything. Reception people (the face of the hotel) is very good in their work. To the point, friendly and helpful. In other words, a nice stay in this Hotel

As usual, the overall experience was great, rooms were clean and big, the food is excellent and with sooo many options to choose from and the customer service is top notch. Gabriel and Andres are always the best during our stay.
